New Listing! Oops, sorry it sold…

Seriously. This is happening all the time again. REALTORS® who work with sellers that let them price their property competitively will sell fast. This is clearly taking place in many of our finer neighborhoods in Calgary.
I had been working with a buyer who moved here a year or more ago from Victoria and was finally ready to lay down roots and buy a great home. He was mostly interested in Discovery Ridge Property for sale or West Springs area real estate. Homes that were previously listed for sale since September were suddenly disappearing and new listings that were on the market for 3-5 days were quickly disappearing before we could even book a showing.
This is great news for Calgarians considering selling now. Make sure you are willing to be the most competitive in your market and area, this will guarantee a quick sale with possible multiple offers!
